
Our highly trained staff follow a detailed cleaning checklist, which includes cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floor cleaning and dusting, among others. However, they also understand that there may be places and items within your home, such as home offices, exercise rooms, and playrooms, that may also need attention. We can help you regardless of what your needs and preferences are.
We can help you as often as you’d like. For example, whereas some of our clients like to have us come weekly, others feel that bi-weekly or monthly cleaning meets their needs. Or you can also schedule us as needed (i.e., before the holidays, birthdays, or before your out-of-town family comes to stay for a week.) The only thing you need to keep in mind is that all services require a minimum booking time of 2 hours.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide us with 48 hours-notice.
No, we’ll bring everything we’ll need to get the job done right. On the other hand, if you have products that you’re fond of and you’d prefer us to use what you have on hand, please just let us know.
We require all of our clients to have a credit card on file with us. However, if you’d like to pay us with cash or a personal check after the service is complete, we’ll be happy to accept either of those payment methods instead.
Our company is fully bonded and insured. If one of our workers is injured at your home, we carry worker’s compensation insurance. If an item within your home is scratched, damaged or broken, please call us so we can file a claim with our insurance provider. Lastly, all of our employees undergo criminal background checks. They are also trained on our company’s procedures as part of our onboarding process.

A lot of this depends on your personal preference, but most of our clients prefer to provide our workers with a garage code, a keypad code (if they have an electronic lock), or with a code to a lock box.
